Had some trouble with our order on this visit. Items came out at incorrect times. Our party ended up eating at different times. Our 2 go dessert ended up being the incorrect dessert which we didn't discover until the next when we opened it. Disappointing birthday dinner.

SO delicious!! I'm obsessed with Olive Garden. My all time favorite pace to eat. I've NEVER been disappointed especially at the Kingsport, TN location. Great servers and amazing food!!

A decent place to grab a bite. I had a few quibbles with the visit that bring the experience down first and probably the biggest to me was the noise. I am not sure if the noise suppression was just not designed well or it was an unusually loud day but it was hard to carry a conversation over the noise. Finally our waitress took a smoke break during our meal and the smell was overwhelming when she returned. The food was good and we all had generous portions. Ziosk system works well if the unit does take up a fair amount of table space.

This was great we have to travel 1 1/2 hours to get to a nice restaurant and we chose Olive Garden for our dinner. The waitress was great

One of my favorite Olive Gardens to eat at is this one in Kingsport, TN. Fast and friendly service and very clean restaurant. The salad is always fresh. My meals are always cooked perfect. And the dessert is amazing! We just keep coming back here when in town despite many options of other restaurants close to eat at. Funny thing is, I'm not even big on Italian cuisine!

My boyfriend, and I came here on 10/15/19 for lunch. Sammie was our server, and to be fairly new she’s honestly the best server this location has. She went above and beyond, always made sure we had everything we needed, and was very attentive and stayed on top of things. Our food also came out fast, and was fresh just like any other time we’ve been to this location. She did forget our Andes candies, but we asked for some as we were leaving. We’ll definitely return, and when we do we’ll ask for Sammie. She was such a good server that I honestly wouldn’t eat here if she wasn’t working because I wouldn’t want to be waited on by anyone but her. -Elizabeth Thoeni & Ryan Poff

My wife Bette & I went out for a Veterans Day dinner.We hadn't had Italian in a while and know how good their lasagna and pasta's are; we were not disappointed. With endless cold crisp salad, soup and a glass of wine followed by a scrumptious desert.Excellent staff; friendly & knowledgeable!Great for everyone in the family!Go, give it a try, you'll love it; we did!

Wonderful service! Our food was great, took a little longer for mine because there was a mess up, but our waitress was honest and admitted her fault, very friendly and courteous.After dinner we found my car battery had died, we went back inside and the hostess immediately asked her staff, and one waitress came out to jump us off.

Food was decent but definitely dry, barely any sauce added to my pasta bowl. Our appetizer & dessert were on point. Those donuts... yum! Bartender makes a pretty good Blue Hawaiian too....

Super busy at 12pm/lunch rush. I sat at the bar and was served within 3 minutes and had food within 10 minutes from walking in the door.Food was delicious!

It had been a long time since I went to Olive Garden and my husband but we were given a gift card so we went. We were both super impressed. The wait was minimal, the server was excellent, the food was quick and yummy. We were comped dessert because my husbands birthday was the week before. Overall it was a great dining experience.

Great lunch with a friend!The salad is always delicious, as are the breadsticks. I tried the five cheese marinara dipping sauce this time, and it was very good! My entree was the chicken scampi. The portion size was HUGE and the peppers in the dish were cooked perfectly. Very tasty meal

The waitress was amazing. She didn't even know if she was supposed to have our table, but she decided that since we'd been waiting a while, she would take us along with her other tables, AND she was very attentive and polite. The food was good as ever, especially the salad, and I got a new to me kind of unsweet tea.
